I feel better now, but at the beginning of the week I felt like I'd been beat up. It will take alot of motivation to ramp it up again. (Which is why I am hanging out with you peeps.) |

I totally missed most of my workouts last week 2/2 travel and being on call at the hospital...so I had to redo the last build week before my recovery week...so now I get to do my recovery week! yipee! |

We are just setting the right tone. That's not usually the case. We multitask. Or else we just stop doing anything that isn't related to working out and posting on BT. (Laundry? Dishes? Vacuuming? Nah! It'll all wait until April!) |

I think they should add "housework" to the list of "BT-approved activities." After all, yard work is listed. So this is like yard work, but in the house, rather than the yard. |

Champion 6107 Out running or enjoying a fine glass of red... | Subject: RE: Team Peep Show Yeah - OK - there's no way I'm going back and figuring out what debauchery occurred over the last 13 pages... Hi, I'm Kristen. I'm in my 3rd season of tris, am training for an April full mary (my first) and then a May Oly. After that, I got no plans... so pretty much training through March was on the agenda anyway. I'm also crazy busy with work right now, but as soon as I get something out the door, I will try to maintain a dignified level of chattiness. As if I've ever been dignified. Ha. |

Beth, didn't you wear your heart rate monitor last week while doing housework? I know I've worked up a sweat cleaning my bathroom before I work up a sweat pushing my vacuum. It should definitely count. Besides, if housework counted it would be incentive to clean instead of leaving out a plate of cookies and hoping the cleaning elves will come in the middle of the night. (Which hasn't worked, yet.) |

Oh, she's gone back to page 1, post 1. |
