ok, laundry b^tch and moan aside....
have i mentioned lately
HOW GREAT I THINK OUR TEAM IS.
HONESTLY WE ARE ROCKING THIS CHALLENGE ALREADY.
since im gonna be AWOL over the weekend, i wouldnt want to be diralect in my CAPTAIN DUTIES...
make sure your posting your runs. you want each to count.
and having been a part of a few challenges now, theres nothing that loses a challenge FASTER than teammembers that dont post their trng sessions on the spreadsheet, that and people saying their gonna do a challenge and then not 'show up'
id LOVE to see 100% participation from our team. wouldnt that be a sight to see.
if theres an issue with your goal ie you need to reduce or increase it, or something is coming up in your life that you know will hinder your participation, please let us know SOONER rather than later.
theres no shame in adjusting your goal.
and life is life, things come up all the time - work, family, injury, illness et al - we can make adjustments to accomodate these sorta legit issues.
so be sure to let me, or DEEDERS
(D001
) know.
while im gone
(at the 150
) JEN
(blujay
) graciously agreed to take over my CAPTAIN-ESQUE DUTIES, not that there are many of them. so if there are issues in the next few days, SEE JEN.

she'll put out another reminder to POST THOSE RUNS.
Deeders said she would chk the spreadsheets on Sunday, so do your best to post the weeks runs by Saturday night your local time...
if you cant get to it, not a problem, the run just wont count for THAT week. just do it as soon as you can. if you dont, your more than likely to forget.
and who wants to run and not get credit for it. that would totally SUCK.
so.....
IF YOU RUN EM
POST EM!
i tend to post my runs right after i run, but some people wait until the end of the week and post all their runs at one time...this is a personal preference. choose the way that works for you.
JUST MAKE SURE YOU POST EM.
Okey-dokey?
