G'morning A-Team!  It's beautiful out again today, so hopefully if I get home before dark and my cold/allergies don't act up, I will be able to enjoy a nice, after-work bike ride!

Since everyone's talking about coffee this morning, I wanted to let you know right now I'm sipping on a LARGE Dunkin' Donuts coconut coffee. . . Deeeelish!  I think I need the extra caffeine today Wink

Shoeless - 2010-04-01 6:32 PM Name: Heidi Age: 41 (next week) Location: Montana Tri Experience: 2007 - my first tri, as a team. For the duration of the 20 minute swim I swore I'd never do that again. Did two solo sprints that year. 2008 - Three sprints and an OLY 2009 - Four sprints 2010 - first race next weekend! YAY! We are the defending women's team champs, so there is a lot at stake. Hopefully three other solo sprints. I am becoming RD of our own triathlon. Boy is that a lot of work! My available training time has changed a lot because now I am a substitute teacher, and I instructed at the ski hill two days a week through the season. I'm hoping April will put me right back on the plan. Words you live/train by: The brave may not live forever, but the cautious do not live at all. April Goals Swim: 18000 yds Bike: 140 miles Run: 45 miles Weight Loss: 5 lbs.

When is your Birthday, Heidi?

April 8th!

YEP! We are a great group! I just joined them as they were making the doc. Rich is a great guy and put in a lot of work on it! (and all the others are great too!)

Nice....  I enjoyed the DVD.  It was neat to see the IM training through the eyes of age groupers.

rnihill - 2010-04-02 4:29 AM Good morning A-Team!  Frustrated that the kids wanted to wake up before dawn...  they are just too excited to be at grandma and grandpa's!  Thanksfully, my dad is making me coffee.

No training planned today, Friday is my usual day off so it works out well.  Today we have a busy day planned with a trip to the science museum, a trip down south of Buffalo to visit my husband's grandfather and then a Good Friday gathering here for dinner with all my aunts, uncles and cousins that I haven't seen in ages.

Happy Training today A-Team!!

Doesn't take Grandma and Grandpa around my house.  My little one likes to wake up around 6:00

Good morning A team! I did my abs/core workout this morning. It was 23 degress when I got up, so I planned to run on the treadmill, but there wasn't one available.

I guess I'll have to do some running on our 4-H Highway Cleanup today. Jeans and hiking boots make the run interesting!

Most of the  snow from Wednesday's storm is gone but now its freezing.  My wife let me know that my son invited someone over Saturday to help with a project we are working on so I have to move my long run to this evening. I hope it warms up this afternoon.

wgraves7582 - 2010-04-02 10:45 AM Paul - look how our stars are growing again!

Yeah but I'll be losing some again soon. You still have a few more coming before you have to worry about losing any.
