I'm on vacation next week - 7 night cruise w/ 24/7 access to food & drink. Moderation and keeping up with workouts is the plan I'm going to stick to for this.

235 lbs this afternoon, I forgot to weigh myself this morning.  Up a pound or 2 from last week.  Had a wedding this weekend, so drinking and eating was above the norm lol.  Have my 1st tri (sprint) next weekend.  Man I hope I am ready will hit it hard last week and watch what I eat.

Great job to everyone. Keep up the good work.

I started last year at 255, then started my tri training when I got down to 230-ish.  My first OLY, last Sept, I was around 225.

Over the winter I had a couple of small injuries but didn't change my diet so I held in the 220's.  When I started training in the spring, I got down to 217 by the end of May.

This morning I was 207.0.  I have 4.5 solid weeks of HIM training before I start to taper so I would like to get as close to 200lbs as possible.  My HIM is very hilly so every little bit will help.

Sorry I didn't post on Monday, had computer problems.

I had a really bad week/weekend last week and was up 2 lbs on Monday at 146.  Today I'm back to 144 and have got in good workouts the past 3 days and the weekend looks promising for me so hoping to see the scale move down a bit by Monday.

The rest of you are doing great !!!

Weight this morning was 141! That's down 3 lbs from last week, but I think that's a bit of a fluke, though. I had a race yesterday, and suspect I may still be down a little "water weight". I'll be thrilled if it more or less holds, though!!

Holding at 144... time to make some changes.  Going to start logging my nutrition to get a handle on my real calorie intake and stay away from junk more.  It only takes me one junk meal and I'm up a couple pounds for days.
This should be a good week for training.. I only work two nights.  Sunday will be an off day but every other day I will get something done.

AND I bought the 'Racing Weight' book.

My weight  was not good after I got back from Vegas, lol but it did not take long to get it backoff.

Weighed in this morning at 232 lbs down 3 from last week.  Got 1st tri coming up this weekend starting to get nervous(excited).  I am probably in the best shape I have been in since college so hopefully I will do better.  Keep up the good work and do not get discouaraged about gaining a pound here or there.

Weighed in at 212.5 lbs this morning, I wish every week would result in that kind of weight loss, down from 214.8 lbs last week.

I've hit a plateau - been at 229/230 for 2+ weeks. Sure, one of the weeks was vacation where I was on a cruise ship w/ food 24/7, but I've leveled off. Need to ramp up the workouts and watch the food to get this moving again.

I've been stuck between 207 - 210 for a while as well.  It seems odd because of the training I've been doing.  I have to pay attention to any "extras" I may be consuming that are adding too many calories.

I was able to ride the Savageman bike course this past weekend and if I can drop any pounds over the next 5 weeks, it will definitely help!  That place should be nuked to the ground to fix those hills.  LOL

Stuck at 190.  Upping my training from sprint focused to Oly focused here in a couple weeks.  Should help out.  Oh and added some ECY to my supplements.

143.6 for me Monday morning.. that's down 1/2 a pound from last week.  Had a super busy weekend away from home that included a birthday party for a friend but I ate pretty well.  My downfall was going to the movies friday night and eating half a bag of buttery salty popcorn.
This coming weekend will be another away from home one surrounded by bad food.  Logging my food is really helping keep me on track.

I am going to try and ride it this weekend.  I live about 3 miles from it in McHenry, was going to this past weekend but wasn't able to convince the kids that we shouldn't be at the fairgrounds, lol.

230 lbs this morning.  5 more to go before Sep 1st.

Did y first tri of the year on Saturday.  I have to say I did better then I thought I would.  Did not have to rest during the swim which was huge for me. Knocked off 20 min from last years time.  It took me 1:34:01.  I was very happy but I want to do better.  I want to see how good I can do.  I have not felt this good in a long time and have not been in the 220's since my freshman year in college.

Keep up the good work everybody.
