Sure, one of the weeks was vacation where I was on a cruise ship w/ food 24/7, but I've leveled off. Need to ramp up the workouts and watch the food to get this moving again. I've been stuck between 207 - 210 for a while as well. It seems odd because of the training I've been doing. I have to pay attention to any "extras" I may be consuming that are adding too many calories. I was able to ride the Savageman bike course this past weekend and if I can drop any pounds over the next 5 weeks, it will definitely help! That place should be nuked to the ground to fix those hills. LOL |
