We got our Christmas tree yesterday. It wasn't in the house an hour and I knew we were going to have a problem. The dogs play in the living room and they don't care what they run into. We got a tall, but thin tree and I have it in a corner but it is not safe. We have a 2' tall exercise pen I am thinking about putting around the tree just to keep it safe.

After so many days off, I am reluctant to enter the work world/real world again. Yesterday I went to church, raked leaves and then watched two sappy Christmas movies (and enjoyed them )

It was on TV last night, but I also have the DVD, so I pulled it out and watched it without commercials.

Well I'm ready to go! I know Robin and Dee wanted to see what I did with the dress...but well...I'm a bit of a technology fail as far as taking full body shots of myself. Haha...
so...you can see my upper torso and head? Yay? Theoretically I should get a shot of the dress tonight. The archivists will be around...I'll try my best...no camera for me!
See you all tomorrow!
(Ya ya...also blurry and red eye...this is why I am not a photographer)
stupid computer posted before I even typed a comment. Gee whiz.
Mel, You look beautiful. The guys must have been falling at your feet all night long.
Well all the guys I saw last night see me everyday...so not falling at my feet. I got told I was good looking yesterday though a few times? Haha. Yaaa!

I think that I did pretty good with the eating over T-day weekend. I ate just a little dessert, but not much. My tastebuds get overwhelmed by sweets now that I don't eat it on a regular basis. I definitely ate more things like potatoes, corn, and bread than usual. But I never ate til I was stuffed. I will weigh when I get to work and then we shall see.
