Pro 4541 A farming town in MN | Subject: RE: Splash Through the Silly Season December Swim Challenge Yikes! Donto, Cat. Need to dumb down my goal. Found out pool schedules for December. I will be missing 2 major swim workouts toward the end of the month between Christmas and New Years (both about 2,900 yd workouts). Too late to revise goal to 13,000 yds? |

Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Splash Through the Silly Season December Swim Challenge Donto - 2007-11-29 2:25 PM On that front, we're at 69 people so far and wouldn't doubt that we may reach 100. So additional volunteers for captain's are wanted, check that, needed! All you will need to do is log up you teams weekly totals in a team spreadsheet (I'll set up the team spreadsheets with hyperlinks to each team members log, example attached) and post it on Mondays to the Captains thread (unless I get time to look at the Google deal). We'll keep team sizing reasonable at about 10 or so, it doesn't take but 5-10 minutes to update the team spreadsheet once you get the hang of it. Master Elf - kagphin (Assistant Master) Elf 1 - Donto Elf 2- Sappho96 Elf 3 - tbd Elf 4 - tbd Elf 5 - tbd Elf 6 - tbd Elf 7 - tbd Elf 8 - tbd Elf 9 - (if needed) Elf 10 - (if needed) OK, I can be an Elf. (Sounds like I need another avatar change though. LOL) |

Sappho96, I have you tagged as a captain. On that front, we're at 69 people so far and wouldn't doubt that we may reach 100. So additional volunteers for captain's are wanted, check that, needed! I even have elf ears. Spokes will confirm after this weekend (or I'll try to post a pic ...) Donto can have Ian Thorpe. I won't even take Phelps: Lochte here. Or maybe Amanda Beard ... now there is something about her ... Napoleon Dynamite quote? "Pedro offers you his protection." Yanti does, too. |

Royal(PITA) 14270 West Chester, Ohio | Subject: RE: Splash Through the Silly Season December Swim Challenge well, I was all set to volunteer for elf duty but it looks like Yanti has it if we're on the same team (can't do a challenge without Yanti and Chrissie) Oh, is it too late to ask for dexter on our team? If it is, I'll live with it, he's just been a buddy through some rough patches and I can't imagine having to compete against a friend and all..Are there penalties for the challenge if it isn't met? Please, no leg shots or full bathing suit shots...and now for something completely different (what? I don't know) |

Can I still get in the challenge? And I have to be on an opposite team from Dexter....Isn't there some law that says one must compete against a sibling? If I can get in put me in for 12,000 yds. I am visiting relatives christmas week, and the pool is closed for Hanukkah! |
