I'm okay. Better than yesterday, not so depressed as before the marathon.

Mila--you know there are some SERIOUS BT hotties in Atlanta ...

Oh really?  No, ummm, errrr, I hadn't noticed, not even a little bit, nope, what are you talking about?

My inner ferret is famous...

Check out who got a post in COJ earlier today (under "BT is in the Holiday Spirit")...

triOK - 2007-12-04 3:04 PM

I have just noticed that a bunch of BTers have changed their avatars to something with a little holiday cheer. I just saw one of a cute little ferret wearing a sweater...

That's all I got... carry on.

I may need to get a different one...cute is not the inner animal I was going for.

It's not?

Oh.

Yes, but we all already know you're clever, no name change required... and it's not true. Knock it off before I have to break out the pink flogger again .

Speaking of breaking out the flogger.... CAT - DID YOU SWIM TODAY?

It's because you like my pom poms.

This is my 1,000th post.

I considered many insightful, inspirational things to say in honor of this momentous occasion.  However, in the end, I simply decided I'd show you my big pom poms...

spokes - 2007-12-04 6:17 PM And what's even better - BC/BS finally corrected an error - or Mercy Med Center did - and paid off the 10 percent deductible on my ER visit for the bike accident.

Will ya look at that. To quote Lt. Weinberg from my second-favorite-all-time movie (A Few Good Men, which I'm about to watch for the 100th time):

So.... do you think they management at the pool will be ok with dumping out the water and replacing it with JD?

Although.... the buildings around here really aren't all that tall. So they could probably just replace HALF the water....

Cat,  They gave me an award...some time in Oct. I had this morbidly obese (500+ lb) pt who lived on a matress on her floor.  The lady smelled really bad cause her family only helped her bathe once in a while and you just can't get around all that fat so well...So I made it a point to give her a bath which is never done in the ER and someone nominated me fo an award...Got a real nice watch.  Got to give one of the heavy duty cardiac drugs today--at least this time my pt was in a room on the monitor AND defib.   Cool to watch it kick in and work too But no call about the other job yet
