In the meantime, Hector had a race planned, and Dee said that if he ran really well, that Beth might show him her pom poms. OK, you're up to speed now.... Um, more or less. LOL haha and it took us several pages to cover all that amazing how several pages can be summed up in just a few words. But where were the pics? |

How Ive goe from 10 hour training weeks to nothin over the course of a month is insane... not sure if its an achievement or a disaster.... Im really dissapointed in myself and yet there is not one tiny bit of my body that actually wants to train.... at all.... So what's up with that Cat? You were a great teammate in October. You killed your goals. What can we do to help get you motivated again? Aaaw thanks... not really sure whats going on to be honest... Im a muddle... not sure whether its frustration from the injuries, or general stress level, or laziness... no idea but to be honest I dont want to do a thing Thanks I kind of need to just do it... maybe its all the solo training I dont know... I even contemplated going to an aerobics class or something just toally removed from Swim/Bike Run.... I think its the end of the long road thing... missed last season wtill illness, and now this season is looking really really shaky with injury... its hard to stay focused for so long with so many obstacles.... Might just roll it back to health and maybe get rid of the last of this steroid weight and maybe forget about racing... Im not sure... Sometimes that's what you need to do. Take a break and find something that truly makes you happy. Training is supposed to be fun. If you're not having fun, what's the point? |
