Running in the morning, 3 fantasy footabll drafts, 12,3,6 then Jaci and Roli coming over to watch Old School since they have never seen it. Then 40-45 miles on the Bike on Sunday. Man that sounds sounds like such a fun weekend. Be good all!! |

This AM was amazing weather, hope it keeps it up through the weekend! That's awesome about Rachel, I can't even imagine working out for 15hrs! Just think about hoping off the bike after 6-7hrs and saying to yourself hmmm I think I need to run a little bit... 26.2mi sounds good. My hat's off to you and anyone else who goes through an IM! Trent Stephens a local Pro/Coach who swims 1:20's, Bikes 25+, and runs sub 6's for Sprints, Oly's and HIM's... turned in 1:20's on the swim, 19+ bike, and 8's on the marathon for a total time of 10:14! UNREAL!!! He is doing an IM at what I do a sprint or oly in... crazy! I think he was 37th OA. He was racing as a Pro, so I don't know if he Q'd for CW or Kona (probably not Kona, maybe CW).
