colesdad - 2009-02-26 10:00 PM Hey everyone. Sorry I've been MIA mostly but between work and everything else just not much time. The good news is I will come close to hitting most of my goals assuming I get in my planned training the next 2 days. Won't get 100% but not bad after taking 6 days off I didn't plan on this month.

well done!

X2!! Nice Work!

I hope its not because you were working on the team table for our march team (which looks great BTW)

I hit my swim and bike goal for the month.  The swimming was impressive for me since it was about 7500 yds more than I've ever done in a month.

I have one more long run scheduled for Saturday which will bring me to about 80% there.  Not quite what I was hoping for but not bad considering my ankle was bothering me mid month.

Hope everyone has a good last 2 days of training!

I'll get my swim goal in today. Like I said, I have NO idea what I was thinking when I set the other goals. They are outrageous for me. Actually, if I didn't have to travel for work this month I would have made them. But, I KNOW I travel for work so, hellooo, reality?

Great job everyone.  Have you all found your cherub avatars?

I had a little swim this morning...more of a pool play time.

Had a great masters' swim workout this morning. I know I try harder when someone is about the same pace as me. That's what is so great about group swimming.

Thanks, to all, for the inspires this month. This challenge helped me exceed what my training plan called for.

I just finished my last workout of February.  This has been a very motivating group and fun to be a part of.  I sure I'll see you all around BT in the future.  I'll just keep my eyes open for stupid cupid avatars

Ok scratch that. That was just a stupid thing to say. I'm still pumped from my race this morning.

Good job on the race. And i put my avatar up there because, win or not, I did NOT meet my goals and I am pissed at myself. I can do better than that. So, Stoopid creepy winged baby is here for a bit to remind me to get up and get going.

Beth, great sprint yesterday.

This has been a great team. Keep on rocking everyone.

Hi everyone. I too have found an avatar to serve me for the next month. I'll have to get my bum in gear and get my training sorted out so I can reach my goals. This will be my last month of tri training for a while, as I'm having a few weeks off, then about 2 months of just run training for my half marathon. Thanks for all the support and good luck till we meet again.
