Everyone is soooo quiet and we are at risk for falling to the bottom of the page which I just cannot have! I didn't see that anyone was racing (or am I just blind?! ) ![](https://beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/images/emoticons/wink.gif) Hope you all have a great weekend ~ I'm just hoping for no rain!!
I agree it is quiet....too quiet.
Last week was a tough one. I wasn't prepared for the late nights that were put in at work. That really put a damper on my training, but I'm back now and fired up! Just put in a 2hr run and it felt awesome! Breaks like last week help remind me why I do this Triathlon thing, it is just fun! Gonna follow "gobluedds" example and try to plan ahead for next week, hopefully that will help me get everything in. I have 1 week before my true 20wk plan starts, so I gotta work out the kinks now!
Yep, bike fit is correct. There's no point in riding any bike at any intensity for any duration if it doesn't fit. You'll either be on the road to injury or you'll be producing much less power and be less comfortable which is horribly frustrating.
Thanks again everyone and Aaron for the bike fit info. Now, just gotta do it. It is interesting, I did feel faster last season than I do now. I have recently added a fast forward seatpost and aerobars. Bike fit probably has a lot to do with it.
Not racing at all in June, just training. Next event will be July 5th Play-Tri Olympic.
Hope everyone is enjoying the same weather we are having in Texas. It is beautiful. :- )
