I did a 6:1 walk/run and covered 7.5 miles that way pain free. All in all the weekend was a huge success. Nice! Glad your weekend was a success!  |

No big deal. I recovered quickly. We are having quiet time in the room right now. Hope your swim/bike rehersal went okay Neal! I bet Neal wishes he went to Vegas now! I'm definitely second guessing my decision. Hahahhaha. I could have used an extra pair of hands to put it back on...just sayin. |
