Champion 16743 Somewhere I can be nekidd | Subject: RE: Ghoulies Inspired & Wet November Challenge part 2 I just talked to my son. He is out hunting today for the first time with the guys. Ok, he's not actually hunting, he needs more practice with a rifle before I let him shoot a moving target, but he's out there with them. He saw a doe about half an hour after they got into the woods. Then later he chased a doe out that he didn't see but his dad did. He was cold by 9:30 so they headed in. He didn't layer like I told him to, silly boy. My father in law got an 8 pt so they were all in the butcher shop helping him out. My husband and son are going out this afternoon to try again. |

Master 3479 Utah | Subject: RE: Ghoulies Inspired & Wet November Challenge part 2 My hubby is leaving today. So I won't have to share my bed with him tonight. Of course, that means I won't get to share my bed with him tonight. But he's been an awnry cuss the past 24 hours, and he hasn't slept well for 2 nights (translation: Amy didn't sleep well because Mr. Givemashot didn't sleep well. *sigh*). So, good riddance, I guess? Come back happier than when you left??? |

My husband was gone for 2 nights last weekend to go bear hunting and I still didn't have the bed to myself. I had both kids with me on Friday night. Then on Saturday night my daughter stayed with Grandma, and my son stayed with me. We were up until 11 watching a movie. He saw the whole movie but about a minute after I turned off the TV he was snoring. |

Master 3479 Utah | Subject: RE: Ghoulies Inspired & Wet November Challenge part 2 Vent alert: stop readig now if you don't wanna hear it... OMH. I can't even have a conversation with that man I married!!!! Grrr. I ask him which days he wants me to register the kids for ski school...he responds "yeah, I was thinking we should do that". I give him the options: 1) full day lessons in february 2) half day lessons in january, since there aren't any full day lesson spots available 3)both #1 and #2. I tell him that my preference is to do both. His response "yeah. We should go ahead and do the full day in january." Uh, no honey, there aren't any available, we waited too long to register the kids. "Uh. ok." So which do you want? I'm thinking both #1 and #2. "whuh? Do we really want to do this?". Yes, dear, we do. "duh, I don't care, whatever" *him talking to someone else in the background about breakfast and ignoring me for a minute or two*. Grrrrrrr. This is why my kids haven't been in ski school the last 3 seasons. Or ever, actually. ARGH!!!!!! I wanted to tell him to just go carry on his conversation with Joe Schmoe next to him in the airport, and I will take care of EVERYTHING back home. He'll just have to foot the bill later. |

My sister won snowboard lessons for 2 at an auction last spring. Her son and husband already know how to ski and snowboard, they go several times a year, so she asked me if I wanted to go. I keep asking my kids if they want to go along, I'd gladly pay for them to take lessons. I skiied for the first time when I was 23, I wish I'd have learned earlier. I have never snowboarded. |

I will have to look for it. It was on TV last night, but I also have the DVD, so I pulled it out and watched it without commercials.
