also, regarding a stretching routine, i could use a simple one. i do not stretch before or after working out, and i'm sure i suffer more than i know. if anyone has a simple stretching routine that they like, let me know. i am going to order yoga for runners.....that might help.
streching bfore is not necessary, walking is better. if you wan tto stretch do dynamic stretching, such as the aforementioned walking lunges. You should stretch afterwards. coach kelly will show you how on sunday. |
