A while back I had to withdraw due to a family matter.  I have been unable to get to the pool and told crazy pop to pull me out of the team.  You may want to adjust your stats.  I would hate to be a detriment to the team.

Over 100k!!! 103.5 to be more precise. Three more workouts to go. Sorry, I wont make my goal by the end of the week, but I can predict maybe another 22k (6k, 6k, 10k).

Pool's back open - did 1600m last night to bring my total to 6800m out of 10k. I'll be back at it tonight for another 1600 then Friday for the last 1600 then Bingo, Bango, Bongo my 10k is done!
Nothing like going down to the wire...

Over 110k!!! 6k tomorrow, 10k the next. And depending how good I feel after a crap load of swimming, I might close in on the 130k in the afternoon

the 75m@75sec implies that you push off the wall in 75sec intervals. So if you finish in 60 sec, you get 15sec rest.

The time between now and my 100x100 is about 36hours
