Suppose I better summarise what I did over the weekend whilst "Triathlon watching"

Porpise training - Body Surfing in the surf off Caloundra

Running

Swimming laps

And that means in I have
14:18:47 left to ride
8:42:20 left to run
8:01:10 left to swim
and 10 sessions of weights to go ;_;

oh, oh, oh.... its ROBBIE!!!! My Robbie!!! The Robbie!!!!! you lucky lucky lucky girl!!!!!

(Now, did I really need to make that statement? ) I am also a personal trainer and a super indoor cycling instructor. I've been living in Humboldt County, CA and Klamath County, OR for quite some time now. I'm really tired of driving back and forth all the time. I'm busy closing up shop in OR so I can stay in CA 7 days a week! Yay!!! I'm excited! Now you all know why my goal is so simple. I've never done one of these challenges before. I'm really excited to be a part of this! Steve, you must be close to Klamath Falls. Have you ever done the Deschutes Dash in Bend, OR? It is so much fun! It was my very first sprint tri in 2006. I plan on doing it every year possible. I've completed 2 years of triathlons. I really love them. I did my first Oly this year (Pacific Crest in Sunriver, OR.) It kicked my butt! In 2008, I hope to do a HIM! I need to get through this whole wedding planning thing first. It really puts a damper on training! Here's the rest of my stats. I have a super, fantastic fiancee that is a total running nerd, 2 cats, and 3 dogs. Talk to all of you sooooon!!!!!!

Yep. She's on the right team.

I'm on the right team, huh? What does that mean?! Good god, people! You are sure a chatty bunch! Get your butts on the drainer and start riding! (I'm one to talk, huh!) I read all of the posts for this team. I wanted to get up to speed. I think Team Hippos is a fantastic name! Hippos are mean critters! They look like slackers until you get them riled up! As for the leg photos.....I'll be posting one as soon as possible! I'm not shy!

Not shy is good! I notice none of the guys have ponied up yet!

And yeah we can talk but you'll also find this team is super motivated too!
