Newtons1st - 2009-10-11 7:51 PM uugggg - I had a good T1 and a good run. The basics Wetsuit was to tight and my shoulders were dead at the half way. Got hit by a biker who crashed, I didnt fall but had RD issues. Hurt knee on bike when I dropped 2 gears and went to stand and finish the big hill and chain spun freely. Had to walk it up. Had to pee so bad that aero hurt. Finally found cover at mi 18. Stopped and took a LONG pee. Felt good on the run. The first half was moderately uphill. Hit the turn at 35 min. Finish 1:03. Will do write up later. I did have fun though.

evondo - 2009-10-12 9:33 AMWay to push through those issues and have a smoking fast run. I hope you realize how good your run split was... 10:18/mi for 10K when your last race's 5K split was ~10:40/mi right?
