In two days I've already had two runs, with the first longer run coming up tomorrow (and then no running for a few days ). This is going to put me pretty well over the 10% rule, but I feel pretty good right now. What would you guys do with the scheduled runs? I knew that run volume was going to be a weakness coming in for me, but didn't think that it would be blatantly obvious in week 1. |
