(or snow works the same way) 1. very refreshing/exhilerating 2. impresses friends and neighbors (wow that is one dedicated chick!) 3. you don't get too hot-last time i ran in the rain/snow my sprots bra wasn't even sweaty! AND 4. rain running officially makes you a tough chick! all you need is a pair of scissors and you're all set! now that i've said all that, i don't think i'll be able to beg out on my run today, just because of the rain i'll be a good girl and go,
Oh hell no. I'm hitting the treadmill at my nice and comfortably warm gym.....rain? I just bought new shoes you know!!!! you'll cross over to my side, just wait!! mua ha ha ha ha |

Only ran in them about 3 times It just seems that I came across all this stuff all at once. I really wanted new suits for my trip to Scotland and the Polar Bear Dip I did ruined my ancient Saucony's. Use them for trail running now though. |

My whole stopping time......less than a minute! Christ that's better than when I'm 100% LOLOLOL. I ran slow but that's ok too. It felt good! I got 30 mins in the pool too with my sparkly new suit.
