Yup go to Silver and you get all the plans and access to chat of course which is really cool and there is coach chat, swim chat, womens chat and nutrition chat monthly where you can ask questions of the coaches. There are also more articles for all of the paying members too! If you want to use the Online Coaching (you fill in a form and can ask some questions about the training plan you are using) then you need a Gold membership. Whatever way you look at it - it's cheap for a good plan and coaching... plus its a great way of supporting the webstie. I used to have a Gold Membership and a silver... Im only on Bronze now because it was a gift and I couldnt afford to get one myself around chrissie... next time its up for renewal I will be going abck to Silver! |

I'm currently only doing the free membership, but I'm considering paying for a higher level. You can look at the first two weeks of any plan without having the membership level. I think that all of the training plans I've seen are in minutes regardless of the membership. The gold ones I was looking at recently have swim distances and time, but everything else is minutes. |

Ive certainly noticed with the bronze membership I cannot get access to any of the detail... |

Champion 26509 Sydney | Subject: RE: Nibbs XVI So i have a Nibb question... A friend of mine (male) is in the early stages of separating after basically being with the same woman his entire adult life. It's his 30th birthday on Friday and he is not having a party or anything because of the situation so will just be having a family dinner or something like that. He has been really having a rough time of it and since its he birthday I thought it would be cool to get something small delivered to his work on Friday to help him 'celebrate' but Im not sure what... Any ideas? Edited by kaqphin 2008-03-02 7:07 PM |

Any ideas? A treat basket is always nice. Not too girly with yummy snacks. Most men love food. I used to give one of my male training partners a big can of his favorite powdered sports drink or a box of his favorite gels to celebrate his birthday. |
