ooh! I think I need that recipe!

as for me, well................

I started out to make one thing - ingrediants had gone bad, thought I could make something else, ingrediants had been eaten up

ended up with stouffers frozen lazanga

meh

That happens sometimes. I usually end up ordering pizza if it does.

mmm its been SO long since i had a really good pizza...

I found a good place with the kind of pizza I like - think and crispy. We had it yesterday. I have leftovers, which is good if I'm hungry later.

That sounds REALLY good!

I loved the pizza in New York.  It was all like that and so delicious.

REally? I only had pizza once while i Was there with the guys from work (oh and they took me to pizza hutt for lunch once too but I dont count that) and I remember it being really oily...

But it was 4 years or so ago so maybe my memory is shot!

mila - 2008-12-14 7:17 PM Hi. I'm Mila. You may remember me? It's been awhile...

Mila who...wait, does it have something to do with frogs???

Yessssssssssssssssss!  In fact I just bought a frog foot massager for my daughter (she's a dancer) for Xmas.  I am trying to be sure to leave a froggy legacy...

I cracked IT up here at work on Friday by sending then an email about the 'frog noises' coming from the computer next to me... I got 'rippited' at all day after that...

Thankfully I think it was a one day think... although given they were acting like frogs maybe i should have tried kissing them and seeing if any turned into a prince...

Mmmm hmmmm... ya gotta kiss a lotta frogs before you find one .

Perhaps I should try some I dont work with... besides I didnt have a tiara to wear while doing it Must remember ot keep one withj me at all times just in case...

Artemis - 2008-12-14 9:25 PM I bought the kitties some toys for Christmas and gave it to them tonight. One of them is a fuzzy porcupine with a tail that you pull out to make it move. They didn't really like the moving, so I just left it. Now Griffin is walking around with it in his mouth. He looks like he dragged in a wild animal. It's really funny. He's very proud of himself.
Pics, need pics.

I'm trying.  Unfortunately, he runs when I get close enough to take the picture.  I have some of them holding their mice like sea otters.

After I relocated the frog, one of the guys-I don't remember which-told me it was probably a frog prince. Who has ever heard of a tree frog sitting in the snow on the top of a mountain? There must have been some sort of enchantment involved.

I guess that I blew it.

It takes forever to prep her..perform the c-section.  Then they do everything they have to for both mom and baby before they come out and tell anyone anything.

NY pizza is know for the oily. It's not a good pizza unless you can drip the oil/grease off of it.

My second two were c-sections.  The c-section itself can be done in a flash, particularly when it's an emergency one... but once the baby's out they'll attend to him and hopefully her doctor is a good surgeon and will take his/her time closing things up... then she'll be in recovery for awhile.  I'd say a total of about 90 minutes from being wheeled into the OR to getting the baby to the nursery for bathing and care and mom out of the recovery room would seem about right.

Usually about an hour.  Could take longer if they had to give her a spinal or epidural.  They have to wait for them to start working.

Okay, I'll relax for a little bit longer. Don't want to call the son-in-law. I know he is stressed out enough as it is without having to deal with the mother-in-law.

Now I am hungry again.  There is a place on the Ocean City boardwalk called Mac N Manco's.  I get a large cheese and a Birch Beer and I am in heaven.

kns57 - 2008-12-14 10:33 PM Okay, they took her in for the c-section an hour ago. How long does one take? Hmmmmmm! Anxious mother/grandmother wants to know...

Okay, I'll relax for a little bit longer. Don't want to call the son-in-law. I know he is stressed out enough as it is without having to deal with the mother-in-law.

Aaaw he is lucky you are so considerate! Im not sure all mothers would be...
