Well, most health problems suck...but sinus infections are no fun at all. I use to get them all the time...and then I went off gluten.My immune system can focus on the important stuff now that it isn't distracted by a little bit of gluten in my gut. |

I get more sick when my thyroid is low because my body doesn't have enough energy to fight everything off and make my body work. I haven't been this sick in awhile. |
