I decided that I don't need to wear 3 raggedy old suits with considerable drag. It is the first swim suit that I have purchased in ten years.  The race is the Emerald City OWS and my new swimsuit is green. How did the OWS race go? Bet you looks fabulous in your new suit. I see no problem! |

I always feel there should be more, but no, just another day at work. Maybe not tomorrow... but I may try it sometime soon.. Lunchtime workouts are NOT happening and I really am starting to miss working out with a regular routine |

Never mind that I'm still having lots of symptoms. Apparently, I'm just tired because I exercise a lot and maybe I should have a sleep study done. I think I need a new doctor. Maybe they can solve your case on "House" But then again, I wouldn't want him as a doctor because he puts his patients through all sorts of tests. Seriously, I hope that you/the Dr's can figure out what is going on. It is a bummer to not know. Some of the tests on House are scary! At least then I'd get an answer. I got a call again today. They recommended I see an endocrinologist. Judi found a few for me at the hospital where I do my research. My doctor's nurse wouldn't give me them. They also want me to have a sleep study, but I think I'm going to wait until after I see the endocrinologist and see what they say. |

Honestly, I'm not really that worried. I think this is a case of having a more complicated thyroid disorder than my primary care doctor is used to treating. I think seeing an endocrinologist is the right call. Insomnia and sleep problems can be related to low thyroid. I really think that they are trying to treat symptoms rather than getting to the real problem. |
