Champion 7546 Santa Cruz, California | Subject: RE: Team #2 - August 4 is More Challenge ok...I got up super early...not on my own! I thought our sprinkler was broken...cuz I kept hearing water outside my window.....no, not sprinklers ~~ It was raining outside!?! what the??? I think I just mentioned yesterday that it hardly ever rains here. HMMM? they have been predicting rains and thunderstorms further north...but this rain surprised even our meteorologists.... so instead of the bike ride I had planned....going for a run! |

Back at work today so I should be around a lot more - that is pretty bad huh? Got a strength workout in on the way to work - thanks to the wife for waking me up at 4:00am with her heavy breathing (you know ladies don't snore right ) so I got out of the house early and hit the gym. Run on tap tonight at football practice so all in all first week has been very good! How true for most people! Since becoming a SAHM I'm always saying how I need to go back to work just to keep up on my emails and other personal stuff! |

Master 1632 Almost Canada, WA | Subject: RE: Team #2 - August 4 is More Challenge Wow, we are the quiet bunch today, aren't we? I didn't have that much to catch up on. I was going to answer your dinner question, Erica, but then figured that you all are getting ready for bed so no point really. Buuuut, with that being said, I am doing good ole plain shake and bake coated chicken with I don't know what else yet. What is up with the site the last few days? My blog isn't showing my planned workouts and it's a bit annoying! Speaking of which, I need to see what's on tap for tonight...I think it's strength and a short run... |

If you have some free time drop a post in his blog - it was at 725 this morning already and he will read them all in due time. Here is the link: If you don't read his blog you might want to keep an eye on it - this guy is a warrior in the battle against cancer. He loved Susan and showed it in all of his actions. Very humbling!! Edited by Happychick 2009-08-06 6:51 PM |

I missed my bike ride yesterday because of work, so they are just going to have to do without me this afternoon! But it's too hot to bike right now (and with the race tomorrow it doesn't make sense anyway), so I'm off to shop and go to the movies and have dinner with friends -- YAY!!! |

Elite 4372 Connecticut | Subject: RE: Team #2 - August 4 is More Challenge wgraves7582 - 2009-08-07 12:33 PM Awfully quiet in here again. Alright I am taking vacation (sneak attack - not really just want to see if that livens it up in here again ) Cheri - good luck on the race! Today is perfect riding weather in Buffalo - low 70's, light wind, no snow, and no humidity. But then again I think every day is perfect for riding. Will rest my legs for the race tomorrow though as well. No kidding. It's too quiet. Where is everyone? |
