That's funny cause that's what I tell people when they ask me how i can wake up at 3:30 for a 4 am bike ride. Step 1: Set Your Alarm Previous Night and mentally committ to step 2 Step 2: Feet on Floor when Alarm goes Off Step 3: Now That You're awake you might as well eat Step 4: Now that you've eaten you might as well put on your workout gear Step 5: Now that you've fueled and are dressed, you might as well workout cause what else are you going to do at 4 in the morning. |
