Starting September at 225.6 pounds. I think the 223 from last week was erroneous - likely done just post run but pre hydration.

Looking to get to 217 by end of September

I was about 240 in the photo to the left.

It's Monday but I'm at my daughters and they have no scale.  Will be here all week.  I don't think I've lost any weight since last week though.   Will try to weigh in for next week.

213.1 lbs this am, up from last week.  Seem to be fluctuating between 211 and 213 week to week.  Increased running mileage and backed off biking and swimming as I am done with tri's for the remainder of year.  Should be approaching 25-30 mpw now, hoping to see the weight start coming off again.

223 today! Looks like things are moving in the right direction again. Not going to make the 210 I wanted to be for my race on 9/26, but I'm shooting for under 220. I think its possible. That would put me 50+ pounds down from couch to first tri.

And where did everyone go??

213 again today, maintaining fairly well but seem to be stuck.  Did achieve my first 25 mile running week so maybe changes are coming?

208.3lbs this week, the increase in training has really helped the fat shift... also 4.5weeks without alcohol is also helping

I was 144.4 this morning... up a couple over the past 3 weeks but not as bad as I'd expected.  Goal is under 140 by the end of Sept.

Sit up and put your feet on the floor. You're committed at that point. Also, if you really want to do this, you'll get up and do what you need to do.

That's funny cause that's what I tell people when they ask me how i can wake up at 3:30 for a 4 am bike ride.

Step 1: Set Your Alarm Previous Night  and mentally committ to step 2
Step 2: Feet on Floor when Alarm goes Off
Step 3: Now That You're awake you might as well eat
Step 4: Now that you've eaten you might as well put on your workout gear
Step 5: Now that you've fueled and are dressed, you might as well workout cause what else are you going to do at 4 in the morning.
