Mums look nice potted, too.

I was just thinking the other day I'm going to have to pull the plants in front of the house and get ready for fall. I usually put out a few bales of straw, some corn stalks, a potted mum or two, along with some gourds and pumpkins. I'm excited about fall, but I am in no way near ready for winter.

I need to run, I have this marathon thing coming up, but I think I am going to take today off yet. I will try to at least get a short run in tomorrow.

Hope you are doing ok. I am out of here. I am counting on being able to run tomorrow. I do not want to drop out of the 1/2 but it is in less than 2 weeks!!!

I could use a nap. I could use a nap just about anytime though.

Having a sore throat has always zapped the energy right out of me.

Amy, I'm so sorry to hear about your mother in law.  I hope that all goes well and she has a speedy recovery.  Hope your daughter feels better soon.  Try and stay healthy yourself.

Well, this mean old librarian kicked 7 teens out of the library on a one month suspension today.

AWESOME! Too bad you have to teach them good manners though. Parents should be doing that not you.

eta....today's lesson: do NOT mess with the librarian.

Wow. maybe we should save some of our gouhlie Ju-Ju for our post counts! It's quiet in here. 
Hope everyone's day/evening went well. Lots of R&R and whatnot. My MIL is doing well, she might go home tomorrow. Thanks again for the well wishes everybody.

I think I'm only going to work half a day. Then I'll go home and rest so I can try and get a short run in. I haven't run since my long run last Saturday. I have puppy obedience class tonight. I can't really talk right now, so I'm thinking about taking my son along and letting him do the training and I'll just watch.

Good idea Ann,
Its a good idea to have both your kids (and the DH) involved in learning how to train your puppy. It helps in the long run for everyone, including the doggie, to know what is expected and how to ask for it.

Hi dudes. I'm being a delinquent, but school has hit hard and I am not nearly organised enough at the moment for that to go smoothly. Currently dressing to drive across the city for an endoscopy observation at 8. Then small groups today...then I have to rush home and get packed to leave to Banff tomorrow after anatomy to sign in for the tri on Sat. Gong show. *chicken with no head!
