The GMAT is tomorrow so I can't bike before as as the plan and by the time I get home tomorrow I'll probably be a walking zombie so no bike session is going to happen then either. Good luck! |

Things did get better with the exercising. I went for a ride after work and then went running later in the evening. A couple of things I need to do before I venture out in this weather again: 1-Get full finger riding gloves 2-Find my hat 3-Get full finger riding gloves 4-Get some riding tights 5-Get full finger riding gloves 6-Find my hat I don't think I've ever gone riding when it is this cold. My hands froze, my head was cold (especially my ears), and shorts just didn't cut it. Did I mention my hands froze? After being so cold on the bike, I over-dressed for running and had to shed some layers along the way. I did find some light gloves that will work for running but couldn't find my hat. Then it started snowing. I will definitely find a hat before I head out again. |

I just picked up a nice winter head band to protect mine while running because they've been getting cold already. |

Rachel dear I don't think there's anything you CAN'T (or for that matter DON'T) do. Ha ha, well I TRY to do lots of things and that is very often my downfall - taking on too much and messing it all up - in work and play! How are you today Yanti? Still feeling like you are on the mend a little....? Pretty good, all told! Yes, still on the mend for sure, but not in pain anymore, and energy's starting to come back. Now for the de-flabbing!!! So glad the pain is gone. Take it easy getting back into it so you don't suffer any setbacks. |

I had planned to just hit the dreadmill here in the basement at work, but I think I can handle 70 degrees and my shorts outside. We had 70 last week. Then it dropped to 45 over the weekend and is pretty much staying there with rain and snow forecast this week. I'm hoping it at least warms up for those poor trick-or-treaters this weekend. |

So far we are shooting for a record high today In hopes of cold weather? That's just sick and wrong. |

I am jealous of the snow you guys got. I had to check myself at first because I thought you were Bill and in PA and I was like it is 70 degrees why do you need gloves/hat. Then the brain worked again and I realized you were in SLC. I want to fly home to Denver this weekend just to see it!!! Don't worry Bill... It's coming soon enough to our neck of the woods! |
