So we were kind of chilling out on deck for about 10min before getting into the water. Then it started. 1000m WU. Whatevs...no big deal. 10x100 fr @ 130...okay...held 124's...fine...finished that set... 200ez 10x75 k with fins @ 130 as 50k/25 under water dolphin-25 under water dolphin/50k...ok...not super fun...could feel the O2 debt kicking in by the second 25... finished that set...fine...was thinking it was warm down time...had about 20min left in workout... No such luck. 5x200 fr @ 3...held 254-255... OMG...4050m. In about 75m...longest I've gone in a long long long time...haha. Oh 130 pace. Ya...I'm tired again. Sleeeeeeeep  |
