That's good to hear. Surprisingly, my Monday has been the best day of the week so far. Friday can't come too soon.

I have decided that tomorrow I am going to get some kind of good news. I don't know what it is yet, but I will get it tomorrow. I'll let you know what happens.

Thanks Bill. Things here are pretty good, but I've been busy. Still, we're making some progress on several fronts both personal and professional. My next two goals are to get back to school and back into shape. Everything good up in Buffalo?

Fingers crossed! Hopefully that good news will involve employment or margaritas. Or both - one must always be flexible to such things.

If I get new employment I will celebrate with a margarita. How 'bout that? I wouldn't mind getting a job taste testing margarita's though.

Talk about a dream job. Ever see the Dirty Jobs episode where he went to a brewery/rum distillery in Newport, RI? One of the perks of that job is you're allowed to consume free booze on the clock. Not a bad gig.

Evening Ghouligans. Crazy week. Stayed in PA on Monday night so I could get an early start on the drive to Dulles on Tuesday morning. Long story, but spent about 9 1/2 hours behind the windshield and 5 hours in meetings in DC yesterday. Really long day. Spent last night in PA as well. Dinner was microwave popcorn and Doritos. Not exactly the healthiest choices, but I was reduced to vending machine choices and I was hungry.  I am tired. This is the point in marathon training that I started questioning my sanity last year. I have no freaking clue how anyone trains for an IM. (bowing to the IM Princess and Soon to Repeat IroNeal). Of course, I am waaaaay older than those kids so not beating myself up too badly.

Planning to go see The Help this weekend. Loved the book. Anyone else want to go with me? I seriously "heart" movie popcorn with butter. Although, I usually want to puke afterwards. Can't help myself.  Oh, and I don't share. You'll have to get your own.

Did you get The Help on your Nook? I want to get it, I just can't quite bring myself to hit the "buy" button, in person or on the web. I want to wait until I have my iphone back so I can read it on my nook app. My iphone has had some isues lately--I'm on my 2nd loaner phone in 2 weeks. I should have another new-to-me iphone any day now. I hope this is it. Although, supposedly if this doesn't work, I get a brand new iphone next time, not just a new to me phone.

Back at home and trying to get caught up with work. We just got notice that we must justify our jobs for the last two years. I will spend two days crunching numbers for a bunch of silly politicians rather than doing my real job.
