Master 1397 Granvile, Ohio | Subject: RE: They Who Shall Not be Named! HCS5QA - 2007-11-02 12:09 PM Hope you're having a good day off work! Good luck trying out the wet suit. I need to get one, but am clueless how to use it. Guess if I'm going to go longer, I'd better get it figured out....10 Pages and still going strong, wow! I need to go back and read before I post anymore. Alright! I'm not working today, it's my first day off in three weeks. Also, I'm not going anywhere today because I bought a wet suit in the classified section from Redly and the tracking said that it should be here today. I plan on hitting the stationary bike and some core exercises this morning followed by the pool to try my wet suit in the late afternoon depending when it arrives. Basically other than that I plan to relax with some reading followed by polishing the motorcycle for a road trip tomorrow. Going to take a ride and see the damage from the ground for the first time (I saw it only from the air). |

Master 1397 Granvile, Ohio | Subject: RE: They Who Shall Not be Named! My daughter and I had a great time. It was a local Twin Cities production at the Chanhassen Dinner Theater on a smaller stage, but they did a good job with the props working with that stage size. For dinner, we sat at a table next to 2 women who just doted over my daughter. They talked to us all through dinner and during intermission one of them shared French history with my daughter and tried to guide her through parts of the story line that were a little more complicated (like Javert at the bridge). Great local talent. Javert and Eponine...great voices. And get this...as we were driving home (11:15pm) my daughter told me that when I left for the restroom before the show, one of the women told my daughter that she had a cool dad...SCORE! 'Bout time my daughter heard that from someone other than myself ...anyways...it was a great night... What a great story! How old is your daughter? |

I have the tri in San Dimas on the 25th and I know I'll need it. Let me tell you tri wet suits are not easy to get on. |

On track for the run and may have to bump up the bike for the month if I keep this up. I had planned for the 30 miles to be a day trip the day after Thanksgiving on the Silver Comet trail with hubby. Heh...another citizen of the 'city with no water.' I was down there last June and Mila http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/training/index-weekly.asp?memberid=47425# hosted me for a day of spinning, treadmill and swimming...southern hospitality...the Silver Comet Trail was on the agenda, but I never made arrangements to borrow a bike... |

Another hint: put grocery bags (no, the plastic ones silly) over your feet. It will help them slip through the legs. Then just take the bags off. If you've got a full sleeve, same for the hands. Careful not to get nail marks on the outside of the suit...pull the suit up your legs using the INSIDE of your suit...I'll attach an article...oh...I still need to attach the stretching article... |

Heh...we had a small chemical spill in one of the labs...as per procedure we have to wait until the FD checks it out (they said about an hour), so rather than stand outside the building and wait (good thing it's not snowing yet), I drove over to the library and logged in...uh, I guess I should drive back to work now... |
