And, yes, I am quite curious about tonight... my understanding is that it is going to be 30 minutes of "run has hard as you can", to qualify our distance. This will then become our metric throughout the 12 weeks, with respect to cardio. that will be great! back when i was doing kickboxing, my trainer did semi-annual fitness assessments - it was always fun to see the progress! I need to get back to kickboxing...should have put it in my November goals...(seeing as I may be done with my swim goal by next week You can add kickboxing if you want. You can also up your swim goal if you want. You can even add (insert activity/work out here) . (Everyone think of sports activities for Sal.
