givemashot - 2008-03-02 7:43 PM SO somebody correct meif I'm wrong, but to get a BT training plan that's not listed in minutes only, do I have to go to a silver level? I'm currently only doing the free membership, but I'm considering paying for a higher level.
You can look at the first two weeks of any plan without having the membership level. I think that all of the training plans I've seen are in minutes regardless of the membership. The gold ones I was looking at recently have swim distances and time, but everything else is minutes.
I think the difference is in the detail... you get the minutes, distance and how the workout should be done in the gold/silver plans...
And there are more plans you can acces gold/silver?
Ive certainly noticed with the bronze membership I cannot get access to any of the detail...
You definitely get more detail, but I think most of the stuff is still based in minutes. There are many more plans with the gold and silver membership. Plus, gold members get help on personalized plans from a coach (at least from my understanding).
Yup thats right and the swim plans have distance and sets...
The bike HR zones and things like that for training - bike too... plus types of session etc
SO the swim distances and sets and Hr zones for the bike are only on the gold? or on the gold and the silver?
Silver... definatley because I was looking at the plans last year when i was on a silver membership
