I'm feeling a little anxious, nervous, and nauseaus today... actually started last night.... I'm REALLY sleepy and want to go home, but REALLY need to stick it out at work for at least a few hours... forgot to order tennis balls and we start at 7am Mon, so I can't leave until I KNOW I have some balls... That's all....for now Ahem. yeah. Ducking for cover. eh... Ryan beat you to that one in the office when I asked him to please "pick up my balls for me" He laughed and said he would today, but tomorrow I'm on my own. Of course I wonder if he forgot I'm riding with HIM in the morning.... |

I have a friend who is longtime vegan and is all about eating "active" and "living" foods... she would be all over it too I'm sure... but me... I'd prefer something that HAS been pastuerized. |

Colorado | Subject: RE: Cheesecake Lovers Hi, Sorry I dropped off for awhile. I had some bad news this week and, well, dropped off for awhile. I'm Andria, age 40, 2 daughters ages 6 and 10. I was a martial artist for many years (shotokan, taekwondo, kendo) but as I got black belts was required to teach and this was interfering with dinner, homework time, etc. 6 days/week. I decided to suddenly out of nowhere drop the martial arts and become a triathlete because: 1. I live near a lit bike trail (that I don't use much) 2. Flexible training times since I belong to a 24/7 gym. I tend to do most of my training after my girls go to bed at night. 3. I take alot of prednisone for a chronic health issue and tend to struggle with my weight. I WAS hoping this would help me lose some weight as it does require alot of training... I had foot surgery and was given the okay to start running at the end of January and that's kind of when I started training. Nice to meet everyone and thanks for your helpful input regarding my asthma attacks in the open water. I'm still working on that |

Elite 3471 Evergreen, CO | Subject: RE: Cheesecake Lovers Great job Beth! I did a 2500 yd OWS today -- the water was a cozy 65 degrees Volleyball and softball are really interfering w/ training these last couple days, but I may fit a run in this afternoon before the neighbor's early evening party. I keep telling myself I shouldn't after the beating my knees took in volleyball last night.... Oh yeah, the laundry room needs to get done so we can hook up the washer again SOON! |

Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Cheesecake Lovers Greetings, Team Cheesecake Lovers! Hope your first week of June went well - and that you got lots of training done! This is a reminder that I'll be checking spreadsheets tomorrow to give everyone a Challenge Update! Therefore, all training must be logged in your BT Training Log and on your team's Google Spreadsheet, by SATURDAY night, your time. If it’s not logged and reported, it didn’t happen! If you're having trouble logging your workouts, please let your team captain know. Have a great weekend! And don't forget - you need to MOVE IT this month, so your team doesn't LOSE IT! - Dee |

Elite 4148 Utah | Subject: RE: Cheesecake Lovers Evenin' Lovers... Well, my race wasn't totally rained out... through a series of unfortunate events, however... I was...OUT that is... Wasn't feeling well yesterday... still not feeling well today... think I've ended up with stomach flu complete with achy neck and spine.... After ending up dehydrated this morning I tried to recover... combine this with the 50 degree temps and rain this morning (that I was not prepared for) and that put me out.... They canceled the bike and shortened the swim to 500m. My wetsuit did great though (8 or 9 min time)... coworker showed up with slvless shortie and water temp was 48 degrees... I let her use my wetsuit... I AM signing up for race next Sat... it's perfect...just down the road from where I live early morning start (hubby's on call) and is within the organization I work (county parks and rec) Now we'll see if I can get dinner down and feelin' better for church tomorrow... all I wanta do is sleep....
