Hey team!  Just wanted to say Good Luck to everyone who's racing this weekend! 

No running for me tonight but I do plan to hit the gym for a ST workout and maybe a bike ride.  I'll get my long run for the week in sometime tomorrow, either before or after my daughter's XC meet (depending on how early I can drag my butt out of bed).  Hope everyone has a great weekend!

^^^^^that was a cheap shot Erica but I couldn't resist.  My lunch was all the chlorinated water a choked on while trying to learn to swim better.  Truly pathetic today.

Now I need to go do my RUN!!  Something I am also trying to improve.

I do seem to have mastered Friday night Cosmos.  I practice anyhoo.  You need to keep these skillz sharp!

ooooh, cheese puffs.  might be just the pick-me-up I need today!  good idea!

My big fun for this weekend is going to just be relaxing! I had a friend visiting from out of town last weekend. We did a whirlwind 30 hour trip to Vegas which included lots of Jack Daniels. I'm still trying to recover. It just doesn't happen as quickly these days like it did when I was in my 20's.

4yo DD has a party to attend tomorrow, I might have to attend with her...

really not sure that qualifies as fun, especially since I don't even know the birthday child/family

but Sunday I'll cheer on some SJ RnR 1/2 Mary runners and then go to a house warming party.

That sounds like fun! A bday party with people you don't know.....well.....it could become fun.  Guess it's all in how you approach things.

My youngest is about to turn 17...she reminds us daily.....has already picked out her birthday supper.....beef stew....hold the vegetables......except potatoes........and flourless chocolate cake for dessert..........she has a gluten allergy..........but flourless chocolate cake with raspberry sauce is to die for!
