I will only be here for a tiny bit. I just realized (at a license check- oops) that my drivers license is expired. The officer was kind and told me I didn't look like either a criminal OR 50 years old! Gotta get it today before going to the Games. I still need to pack and water trees and get a ride in and laundry and, oh ya, I was supposed to work. I am taking the afternoon off to get the rest done.

Bill, Be patient with those you left behind. Freedom is an amazing thing and does amazing things to your head. Maybe we can all find sponsors so we can do what we want all the time. Ghoulie sponsors. I don't need much per month. $2000 would be fine.

Speaking of weight gain/loss. Since getting the thyroid medication 6 days ago, I have lost 3 pounds. I KNEW there was something wrong. I still am not at 100 % of energy though, I still get exhausted by the end of the day but I feel more like the old me. This is good stuff!

Ann, hope you figure out your leg stuff. Maybe too much, too soon. (Sorta like Melindy!!!!).

Angle to miss that rock...Oooof...ya thats the ground...ow..

Note to self: Be less amped up before training? WATCH OUT FOR THAT ROOT!!!!!!!!

Ya...so slightly banged up. My tights saved my hip from gravely awesomeness and thanks to me aiming for "soft" ground...aka...area with no rocks jutting out...my sprawl landing wasn't too bad. Only really cut up my right hand a bit, saved my left for things like writing...no big deal. Had to run about 2km after my awesome wipe out...only 10km done so far...I'll finish the rest later tonight I think. I wanted to head home and check out my palm...one of the cuts was decently deep...so I decided to be less of a hero and take inventory. I think my hip is fine. I almost tripped again after that...running on the road for awhile...
