back from the townhouse tour.

it was nice.  very neutral.

sufficient space.

good location.

the upside is that these unit are always for sale so i can jump in anytime.

the other upside is that i will have a friend who will help me through the entire process.

the other upside is that theyre right down the road from our house now.

the other upside is that it will be the same school that my youngest is now.

the other upside is that the bus stop is just a few doors down.

the other upside is that, well, you get the point.

theres lots of upsides.

my friend did say that i wont be able to touch a single family for what i will pay for the townhouse.

ok perhaps thats a no brainer.

though i do want a sufficient amount of space for the boys and i, i dont need a lot of space and pay a hefty mortgage for it.

by that point how often will the kids be home anyways they will be busy with their activities and friends et al.

and also i will be looking to sell in 10-12 years anyways once the boys have moved on....and when the child support will be cut off.

im actually excited thinking about it.

theres a very nice finished basement in the unit but its essentially cut off from the rest of the house.

i thought that it would be a GREAT space for my reptilian lovin' then 17 year old.

so even though its 3 bdrms, i could easily be 4.

but the space could be utilized as the Wii/PS whatever number they will be on by then room too.

my then 17 year old will be sleeping all day anyways cuz he wouldve been up all night doing herpetologist 'research'  LOL

I registered both DH and I for the MCM

Now I am taking a nap to avert what Melindy is studying.
