I been sneakily prayin' for you every day. I prayed for you lots and lots on Sunday during the 5K swim. I figured God liked you and if I prayed for you, maybe *I* would survive.

That's great Thank you! I'm thinking that your praying is working because I feel like I'm healing rather well. Haven't needed/taken any pain meds since 3am Sunday and am now just bored and waiting to be cleared to drive again How was your swim?

Like getting hit with chilled wet cement from every direction for 2 hours.

31 starters for 5K and 10K, all top-notch surf lifeguards and/or distance swimmers. 7 had to be rescued. It was brutal poodle.

You know I would scold you if I thought it would do any good.

Well, hindsight's 20/20. Except in my case, in which I'm pretty much blind for-effin-ever.

DANG! Triathletes are nice compared to competitve OWSers. I did a mile race in Ft Lauderdale, and all of the Nationally ranked people were duct taping caps to forheads and goggles to caps. People will literally try to rip yours off to slow you down.
