Friday - #544 - 4 miles easy, then a brutal 70 minute trainer road session
Saturday - #545 - 2 miles following a 2 hour easy bike
Sunday - #546 - 2 miles in the morning, and then 90 minutes on the bike in the evening
Rich - I'm working pretty hard on improving my bike fitness this year. I'm good (for my level ) on the bike, but not great, and I think I might be able to gain some ground on my competition easier there than on the run (which I am also trying to improve ). I'm following the trainer road high volume 40K time trial program, but skipping most of the easy spin out rides in favor of running or swimming. Hopefully it'll all pay off!!!
