Oh God I am just so tired! I think I've only slept for 4 hours. Bleh. I really need to get running and swimming to catch up. Sorry about that but I have fallen in love with biking all over again.
Hope everyone is well. good to love the bike....as you know that is my favorite part of this tri stuff!....but make sure you hit all areas...I am trying like the dickens to like swimming...and i hear the only way to do that is to go alot! so, are you with me Lynne, lets go swim! and run! ready set...GO!
I'll go running with ya! It's going to be gorgeously sunny and warm all this week. Near 90's on Friday. I cannot wait. I'll be outside and maybe get a bit of colour instead of being pale blue. well it is supposed to be in the 100's here on Thursday and Friday...those are my swim days! but I did go and swim 2500m today after work! Time for me to make dinner and spend some time with the doggies and dd.

Obviously that isnt real since I dont think everyone got their workouts/races posted. Do we have an official Left Coast stat checker? Do we want one? I can do it with the caveat that I might not always be fully present on Saturday night and may miss something...... hanve a great week everyone! Jimmy <-----my mom still calls me by this name even at 47years....luv ya Ma...was great to be with you yesterday If you want to split it, I'll take the bottom 13 on the spreadsheet. Would that help? Or, maybe someone else wants a piece of the action and we can split it 9/8/9? |

Master 1281 Long Beach, CA | Subject: RE: May "President's Cup" challenge - US West Team Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't checked in for a while. I was slacking on training but am off to a good start. My husband's car is in the shop, so I'm bike commuting 10 miles a day. That will make up time, and then some. I was supposed to race this week, but won't be able to after all. I will try to get in a brick for the extra boost. My spreadsheet was behind because my link is to the wrong one. I just updated it, which helps. I doubt we're really in third, but who knows. We'll get 'em next week! |

I got a nice brick in tonight but boy were my legs aching at the end of it. I waited too long inbetween my ride and running. So tomorrow I'm going to do a short but sweet bike/run brick at Seward park. Supposed to be nice here tomorrow. I have to buy a new saddle though as the one I got at REI just aint cutting it. It sits me too high so I'm going to trade in some stuff I bought there and get at least a half decent one. One that doesn't cut me a new front bum. |
