Master 1887 Loveland, Ohio | Subject: RE: X-Men skrtrnr - 2009-04-08 8:41 AM MORNING X-MEN! after my trifecta yesturday, i fully expected to wake up this morning feelin' a bit hammered, but im pleasantly surprised to find that im not. feeling MOST EXCELLENT in fact. all that endurance trng is paying off. steady as i go.... as for today, im off to run some errands this morning [yes, real life beckons] and then ill head to the Y. w the short week, i have the option of either running 32 or 42 mins [arent the BT trng plan times funny] id like to get in the 42 that way i wont feel 'bad' about dropping a short run w the modified week. but im not sure how my legs will actually feel moving [its one thing sitting here at the computer.....] that aside. GREAT SESSIONS YESTURDAY MAV. ENJOY THE GAME TODAY! ERICA. GREAT GOING ON YOUR XTENDED LONG RUN. YOWZA. AND YOUR SWIM. I HEAR YA ON THE JUGGLING ACT. YOUR CREATIVE AND SURE TO FIND A WAY THROUGH. LORA. WELL HELLO GORGEOUS. LOVE YOUR NEW PROFILE PIC. well, im off to run errands. BLAH. but at least i get to mail my SPRINT TRI REGISTRATION FORM out today. that makes the errand-running worthwhile. HAVE A MOST EXCELLENT DAY TODAY X-MEN! Ha ha. Thank you! |

Master 1887 Loveland, Ohio | Subject: RE: X-Men ebshot - 2009-04-08 10:15 AM mav - 2009-04-08 8:13 AM My brother is flying in from Ohio with his GF and my sis and BIL are coming from CT. I will be in the city by 5pm hoping to catch dinner before the game. I will be in the blechers with the rest of the rowdies not far from the Dunkin Donuts sign! GO RED SOX!!!!!!! But first I must do a long run with a little bike. My shoulder is bugging me after my ridiculously long swim yesterday. Anyone else doing a BT HIM plan??? The swimming seems to be a bit over the top for an actual race swim of 2100. Anyone have any thoughts about this...and if so ...what are you doing? You know I'm right there with you mav. These plans suck for swimming. My only consolation is that in another few weeks, it backs off a little. Still, I haven't been doing all the swim workouts. I miss about one a week and I don't care! Starting my plan in one month, but I'll consider this a head's up. Thanks, guys! |

Elite 4372 Connecticut | Subject: RE: X-Men For my non familiar teammates, I am ALWAYS (once a month at least) in my son Cole's classroom with some creative baked good. Most of them are in my albums if you care to look. I think I am off the hook for this month. May brings teacher appreciation week in which I am planning on making flower sugar cookies on a stick and arranging them in a styrofoam block placed inside a terra cotta flower pot. Should be cute, no? |

Elite 4372 Connecticut | Subject: RE: X-Men I am swimming this morning and biking this afternoon with the SECT BT peeps. I think it's a pretty short ride but I am good with that. My plan only calls for an hour so I'll be good to go! Then, I'm headed into the school to take some pictures for a project I'm working on for Teacher appreciation week. Tonight is church since it is Holy Thursday. Good times! |
