Man, I wish I loved running enough to stay up 25.5 hours to get it done! I don't, unfortunately, but I do love it enough to do it on a supposed Off Day like today.

I'm thinking something small, maybe 5K home from yoga? Or save it for tonight and go 10K after dinner? I'll play it by ear but have it in the spreadsheet before midnight so it will count for Dee!

There really isn't much difference between eating one then the other and sticking them together two flavors still get mixed. I really wish I wasn't out of bread right now.

I'll check the spreadsheets probably late morning tomorrow. So if it's on the spreadsheet by then, it'll count for this week's update.... If it gets there later, it'll count for next week's.

I've never had either of these. Yeast extract????

I *have* had the Marshmallow Fluff though.

Marmite has a VERY distinct flavour. I cannot think of two substances more dissimilar than Marmite and marshmallow fluff. I don't like either of them though - they have that in common!

My run is in the books. Go Trifecta!

Mmm... I wish I knew how to post pictures properly. We need some photos of fudge up in here! We went to an arts festival today and got a big box full of the really sinfully creamy homemade kind. I am toasting my run with some Old English Chocolate flavour.

Hey! I just noticed that we're 20% complete on the challenge spreadsheet already!! That's awesome. I also know that we're even higher than that because there are people who have run but not updated the spreadsheet yet. We're awesome!!

Oh wait, I'm an idiot. I was looking at the side where it says that we're 20% complete the challenge because it's Day 6 of 30. At the bottom where our total is, we're actually only 13.66% complete. Embarassed

Depending upon your BT settings, you maybe be able to:
1) Right click on a picture. Select "Copy Image."
2) Start a new post. Hit CTRL + V to paste the image.

If that doesn't work, you can:
1) Right click on a picture. Select "Copy Image URL."
2) Start a new post. Type the following:
<img src="">
3) Put the cursor back between the 2 quotes, and click CTRL + V to paste the URL.

Heh, I was just about to go check that. Because I didn't think any of the teams were at 20% yet!

13.66% sounds a lot more like what I'd expect to see.

I am off to do an easy run this morning. Getting excited about my half next week. My very first! Will probably just run a few easy times during the week.

Got in a nice OWS last evening. It was so hot, 90* and pure sunshine. After being at the track meet all day the lake felt exceptionally nice!

Whooohoooo!! That is SO exciting!! I'm 8 weeks out from my first - but I'm enjoying the process!

I have a 90 minute run this morning ... but I'll write some report cards and drink a bunch of coffee first.
