I did the same routine a couple of days ago with the same weights. My muscles were a little trembly after but nearly not as much as the week before and not sore at all. The muscles can't improve that much that quick can they? Weird Arm and shoulder muscles seem to adapt easier than other muscles. They are generally smaller is my guess. Melindy? Not sure. Probably a combination of muscle fiber size and vascularization |

Someone gave me their sweatshirt to use to stop the bleeding. I did ask them if they wanted it back, but they didn't. I was happy about that because I couldn't get all the blood out of it. Maybe I should have bought them a new one. |

Well Nekkid - hmmm - I supposed it would be if it happened. I think chest size at my house would alleviate the oversizeness. I should ask because I sure don't wear button down shirts unless I have to - weddings and funerals. been a while for both so they all sit there unironed and waiting to leave the closet! My husband is much bigger than I am. His shirts are way big on me. Of course when he comes home from work now there are always kiddos in the house, so I don't wear his shirts much anymore. |

Maybe I should have bought them a new one. Wow that sounds gross! 2 times in my life I have screwed up both arms at the same time. In college I broke my right arm and cut a nerve in my left hand. Had both of them in casts. 11 years later I broke both arms at the same time, had metal sticking out of both of them. I believe if you're going to do something you should do it right. |
