Thanks for all of the help with the log. It looks pretty and all in line but I still cannot link without being logged out. No worries, though, I will work with it.

Hi Amy!

so weird that it works for your mentor list, but not this one - you may want to email site support - maybe it's the green - LOL

Good Morning to my fellow blisters!  (Why does that make me giggle???)

I see that there was a heck of a lot of posting last night while I was swimming, very impressive...you aren't neglecting your running I hope!

Julie, sorry you've got yucky weather...I actually like running in the rain, okay maybe not torrential rain, I also get a kick out of having fog come off me from running when it's cold outside.  Call me sick, call me....TWISTED

It's friday! YAY!

I really really like the tickers that some of you guys have on your logs showing the percentage of your goal you've gotten...were those difficult to put up?  Where can I find one?

This morning I did a spin class, have a run scheduled for tomorrow morning, hoping for a nice long one - outside! Temperature is rising so it sounds completely do-able according to the forecasts.

I think you should be able to link to the site from my log. If not it is Tickerfactory.com. After you set up the ticker, it gives you the HTML code. You just copy and paste it in your goals. Hopefully it is that easy for you. But after all of my problems with the team list for me, you never know.

for some reason, I couldn't figure out the html code - but it worked for me to just copy the ticker and past it into my goals

hmmm, I need to see if there is a tinkerbell figure - LOL

Karen,

You are very right with Yucky weather! It is really nasty out. It is actually flooding in my cul-de-sac. I do not have to go to work until around 11 am today and if this rain keeps up...I may have to take a boat! The wind has been tracked at 60-70 mph...I am thinking I may run downwind and take a cab home!! ) This will probably be my fastest pace ever! Cracks me up that you get a kick out of running in the rain and in the cold! You are on the right team...miss twisted sister!

I second, the YAY its Friday!

Have a great weekend! run for me! ;o)

Julie

I will ...promise.  Be safe, those sound like some really awful weather conditions.  Definitely not weather to be running in.

Good Morning team, hope everyone has a run on their schedule today.

I did it, I got out and ran. I couldn't stand the thought of the treadmill, so I waited for it to warm up to 20 degrees, and headed out. It was calm today so it was comfortable, wanted to peel the sweatshirt off at about the half way point and get the cooling relief of the Underarmour, but too much of a hassle.

I recorded another overall sub 9 minute for the mile, my third one ever. I think I am becoming a runner.....oh no, does that mean I have to change my logon nameSurprised.

If everything feels ok this weekend I get to increase to 1.5 mile on Monday!

Happy running!
