Hope everyone had a great Easter (except Tracey - sorry you have the lurgy!). I had a lovely 5 day weekend in the Hunter valley and I did drink and eat a LOT! Also went running 4 out of 5 mornings so quite happy with that. Although I did ruin it by failing to get out of bed this morning now I am supposedly back to my routine! No, no, see, it was a CONSOLIDATION morning. Necessary to reap the benefits of the other four mornings. Welcome back Razzy! Oh, excellent, of course it was! Hi Yanti!!!! |

The second picture is the lake we hiked to - 5K, all uphill, but thankfully on a graded trail. The first pic is a close-up of the lake - it's a coral glacier-fed lake, SO clear and calm it's surreal. The mountains sooth my soul. These are unbelievably beautiful. I think you made the right call in going up there. Stare at the pictures, and keep the stillness |

I was just about to say they reminded me of the photos I have from around Jasper (my husband is from Edmonton and his best friend lives in Hinton so we spent a lot of time in Jasper) and then I saw they are from Canmore so not so far away. |

I do indeed I lived and worked in Winnipeg (I know, not the most stellar location in Canada), for 2 and a half years and met him through mutual rugby friends. I love Canada, especially the Rockies, and tried to travel as much as possible while I was there. Heading back in Sept for the first time since we left and I can't wait! TR, you are so lucky to be so close to the mountains - just watch out for those bears if you go running.... |

I grew up in a small town near Winnipeg, and lived in both Winnipeg and Brandon in the mid/late 90's! We could practically be twins. LOL. Yes - I count my lucky stars every day that I am where I am, with the people that I am with ... my life truly is blessed. I am a very fortunate girl. |

I actually loved living in Winnipeg, but a large part of that was definitely due to the wonderful people I met there. |

They said we owed money. I said we didn't. After speaking with three different people, I won. We don't owe anything. GRRRRR!!! I love Doctor/hospital bills. I was in the hospital last August and I received a new bill last month (7 months later) for stuff related to my stay. Its crazy. Frustrating thing is it that insurance won't pay for things bill past six months. So now I have to pay the whole thing whereas if they had billed it on time, the insurance company would have paid 100%. |

Master 2055 Santa Clarita | Subject: RE: April Pick Up-to-4 Challenge Hi Challengers Have not been posting much since i am off work and away from a computer most of the day. Taking advantage to much needed repairs and renovations around the house and doing things with my family. Like attending midweek afternoon school swim and track meets. Of course i have been training well with long runs (10+miles) & rides (40+ miles) and i did an ocean swim clinic . I only need 1-2 sessions to complete my workouts goals for the month. My weight was aggressive but i have made progress so will focus on this trend going forward. That and mostly staying away from Fast food and sodas. My climbing legs seem to be coming back after very little riding over the winter. Be Well and train hard |

I think you should take the stance of your insurance company and refuse to pay anything that was billed after 6 months!!!! (If only that would work!!!) |

Royal(PITA) 14270 West Chester, Ohio | Subject: RE: April Pick Up-to-4 Challenge I figured since he wanted me to go for 1.5 miles on Saturday withiut interruption that it was probably smart to see if my legs would tolerate more than 2 minutes at a time today. I limited myself at 8 minutes w/ 30 sec walk x2 to be safe and have to say it feels good. Thankful for that! |
