Sorry that you're not getting better. Keep in mind for this challenge you don't need to run. You can walk, water run, or use an ellitical. Getting in a mile or two of walking every day will put you much closer to reaching your goal. Walking may even help get the blood flowing and speed recovery for your aching muscles, plus if your goal was minutes based instead of miles, walking takes lots more time and will get you to the goal faster. Just something to consider. |
