I almost want to not like my hair when I leave my stylists's because then I have a chance of making it look better. When it's cute and fabulous immediately, I know I'm in trouble trying to re-create itHi Nibbs - todays lesson: do not attempt to wash your new haircut and style it yourself for the first time on a MOnday morning.... Oh and how much hair the hairdresser has taken off can be deceptive until you have to do it yourself....  heh! it's so funny you say that, I loved how my hair looked this last time, but it took me 2 weeks to figure out how to make it look good on my own with my previous hairdresser, i hardly ever liked how it looked when I left the shop - LOL! |

Anyway Im in charge of 'motivation' (emailing workout ideas, stories, articles) and informal voluntary workouts as in... "Im going to ride Saturday morning who wants to join me" Wont be great for sticking to a plan... but will be AWESOME for me in terms of being accountable and working out. Just got the email after the meeting from the super organiser thats doing that side of things... From the group meeting today we have an ex-state swimmer coming in to chat to us sometime - a contact of one of the girls in the group Someone else is trying to find out if an Olympic Athlete will give us a swim lesson through a company that works with us and we also have a marathoner that we might be able to get in too. And the Director of my division is going to be talked into taking us girls for an easy bike ride. That would be funny! Cool but funny! |
