If anyone happens to be a size 11.5 let me know.  I got shimano rt02 carbon tri shoes with my bike.  I have new ones(non carbon) in a much larger size heheh.  Might try to sell the ones I got with my bike, but might try to find a friend that needs a pair.

Go to classifieds here and see if anyone wants to trade or buy. I have given away a ton of stuff to fellow BTers.

Almost, but not quite.  Nice offer though!  Now get some pictures of the bike up...

Another weekend with rain, Im going to try to squeeze a ride between 50-75 miles in Sunday before the game. Three guys from my team just got out of the hospital, they were unlucky on our Wednesday night racing. I think someone grounded a pedal in a turn and six went down, I always try to stay on the outside so I have room, it gives me a little more time to react when we are going about 23 mph through the turns. Two cracked helmets, two broke colarbones, one broke wrist and two concusions were the grand totals. Go team Vicodin!

Is everyone watching the game? Im going for the Colts, although I really like Reggie Bush, Payton Manning is unstopable right now, he's amazing to watch! That and do my taxes online!

wow, glad they are going to be ok!  Helmets are good.  I went for a 25 mile road ride today, furthest I've ever ridden on the road before.  It was on my old beater mtb (with rack, panniers, and a 35 pound total weight...) with 85psi city tires installed.  Fun ride, but really I'm just not very comfortable yet around cars on shoulderless roads (which most roads around here are).  I'm still mixed on whether I want to invest in a road bike.  I like mountain biking so much more, but it's hard to deny the ease of just taking off from the house for a ride instead of hauling the bike down to a trailhead 10 miles away.  I'm just going to give it some more time and do more road riding on the bike I have and see how it goes.

I'll actually be at my wife's grandfathers 101st birthday party on Sunday!  No football fans in that family, so I'll DVR the game to watch later.

I have to say Go Colts, Manning puts so much time & effort into his game, its hard to not rut for him.  Im glad saints finally made it but they have played horrible the last half of the season,  vikes did everything they possibly could to let them win hehehe.

Saints played a great game, the Colts were clearly outcoached, but it was exciting to watch.

I biked close to seventy miles before it started to look like rain clouds, then we called it a day, I'm tired of all the rain already!

Just wanted to share my happiness: After two months of being closed, the pool finally OPENED TODAY! YAY! It felt SO good to get in the water. I was a good girl and kept it to 20 minutes so as to not overdo it. YAY! Can't wait to go back on Wednesday! (Strength and bike tomorrow.)On another topic, I just came off the off-season program and started the 5 month HIM Silver program on Monday. I signed up for my first HIM a couple months ago, but now it's feeling real. Eeep!

I tried out my new wetsuit ($99 Xterra no sleeve suit) today at the pool.  Got lots of funny looks!  I also swam a solid 25 seconds/100 faster.  And not just on short sets, over a full 500 too.  Wow, my form must really suck that a wetsuit (hereafter known as floatysuit) helps me*that* much...

Upside is the suit fit fine, and I didn't really notice it (other than it making me super speedy).  Downside is I won't get to use it anymore until my race.

Make sure you thoroughly rinse the chlorine out of the suit.  I think it is bad for the seams.

I finally did it.... I got to the pool and I didn't sink

I am positive I have a LOT of work to do, but it is nice to have conquered that... not sure why it was such an obstacle but it is done now!

Now I just have to figure out how to schedule all my training sessions.

Anyone have good info no salt lose/replacement?

I've been reading into salt lose lately, figured I would get some opinoins.  Im probably on the higher end of lose, since my cloths seem like I was swimming not biking for an hour.

Ryan-do you mean info on Salt Loss/replacement? By your discription I am assuming that is what you meant.

Here is a great article that will explain it better than I could.
