How To Train Your Dragon comes out today. I'm so excited. My son and I saw it in the movie theater and it is a FANTASTIC movie!

givemashot - 2010-10-15 2:15 AM Ok, I need some some gouhlie help. i want hubby to buy me some compression tights (for recovery) for Christmas. if I tell him now, he has plenty of time to do all his fact-finding and bargain hunting. I need to know where to send him to show him what I'm talking about. Any thoughts/links?

Amy, I have the Zoot Recovery tights and they are great. I also run in the CWX compression tights, but the Zoots are more of a recovery tight. They are a beast to get on, but they do the trick. Only criticism is they tend to ride a little low around the hip. I'm sure they are available from other sites, but here's the link to trisports. You get a 10% BT discount there. Code is somewhere on BT. Will see if I can find it later.

Wow!  He would do that?    For my DH, I have to do all the research, tell him model #, etc. price, and where.  And if it involves internet or out of town,  then it is get it myself and let him know that this is what he is getting me for Christmas!

I did get my new timing watch for my BD.  I had pointed it out to him in the store last week, reminded him of it this week.  So on the way to my BD dinner last night, we stopped in the store so we could go in and buy it!   Wink

Ah well,  he did get me a really sweet card all on his own! ~

deehtz - 2010-10-14 5:03 PM So how is everyone doing on your challenge goals this month?  So far I am on track.  Hopefully I won't get behind while we are gone this weekend.  I plan on a treadie speed workout at the hotel on Friday.  And a ST session on Sunday.  That will keep me current.

I need to update my training logs, and the spreadsheet. I will try to do that tonight. I did jot down what I've done lately, so I just need to find the notepad it's on.

I see you don't have the mildly psychotic workout logging disorder I have.  I have to sit down and log the workout right away, often times still in my sweaty clothing.  It's as if somehow, if I don't log it right away, it never happened.

Yeah!   I consider it part of my "cool down"    Tongue out
