If anyone wants to take a look, I have added the race with splits and such into the race log and therefore into my blog entry.

I was thinking about becoming an actual paying member to the site, is it worth the price for the additions on a bronze membership?

Thanks all!

I became a bronze member. I enjoy it because it allows me to upload my training program (I actually choose one of BT's programs). I get an e-mail every evening telling me what training I need to do for the next day. I know there are other benefits, but this is the one I use the most.

Way to kick butt Mike!!! I'm not sure what your target time was, but you did very good taday.

Haven't put together a serious schedule yet - debating on whether I'll race more in SoCal or Oregon Work down south but live in OR where the fam can come to races. Was very happy with Toyota Sprint race 500m / 14 mi/ 5k finished in 1:27.08 6th in the 35+ Clydes out of 22. My real goal was to break 30 for the 5K, thoght I was going super slow but finished in 29:32.
Thinking my next race might be Encinitas on May 17th. Training with a frined here 20 years younger and way faster than me so I hope to improve!
CONGRATS MIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! good job!
