28 miles on the bike today!  Windy and a bit cold but a great workout, my legs are fried!

Went for a swim in the ocean today Air temp was close to 55-60...water was a balmy 38!!!!! We made snow angels when we were done

Happy New Year Everyone!!  I was in a wedding last night and had a great time!!  What a partying, fun, cool time of year to get married!!  I even ran 5 miles today!!  Woo Hoo!!

Amy, get yourself a good rubber mallet and some knee pads (sounds like a great start to a horror/porn movie).  I had bought some when we were reroofing the barn and the knee pads really saved the day.

9.2 mile run this morning. Kind of chilly. Along the San Antonio Riverwalk. Then by the Alamo to pay homage to great Texans.

Go for it!  I stand by all of my posts, including the ones while I was medicated!

28 miles on the bike yesterday, 5 mile run today after putting down trim and taking down the Xmas decorations.  As mentioend before I am in for the double except for run as I am being very protective of the knees.

Anyone doing Jorge's bike program?  Probably going to start that tomorrow.
